VOLUNTEERS

Volunteering in the Lifespan Cognitive Neuroscience Lab will be a rewarding position in many senses: volunteers will experience how does a neuroscientific lab work, practicing with research methods and techniques, and participating in the lab meetings. See research page to get an idea on the aims pursued and the results obtained in the Lab. Applications should be presented to the director Prof. P. S. Bisiacchi, or sent by email to lcnl.unipd@gmail.it including the following information:
- a letter detailing interests, intentions, and capabilities,
- Curriculum Vitae,
- letters of recommendation (post-docs),
- recent academic transcript (graduate students).

PHD STUDENTS AND POST-DOCS

Phd students and post-doctoral researchers are encouraged to contact us for spending a research period in the lab. A high interest in cognitive psychology and/or psychophysiology is required as well as a high motivation for research, towards personal and lab goals.

GRADUATE STUDENTS

Members of the Lab will contribute to the growth of the graduate students by both introducing them in established lab activities and encouraging to express their ideas. Therefore, volunteers are required of being able to work both independently and in group. Moreover, they must be able to quickly learn the concept of experimental design, data collection and analysis. Computer proficiency is highly recommended and will be considered as a preferential qualification, while programming experience is not necessary but would be extremely positive.
