Motion analysis Laboratory

SMART DX EVO Technology

The laboratory is equipped with the SMART DX EVO 3D motion capture system, featuring:

  • 8 infrared cameras (2.3 MP resolution, 200 fps)
  • Latest-generation high-frequency acquisition sensors
  • 16-channel analog interface for automated recording triggers
  • 2 robotic video-control cameras

Reflective markers placed on the body allow millimeter-precision 3D reconstruction of movement trajectories.

Research Applications

Motor Planning and Social Coordination
Study of interactive synchronization and prediction of others’ actions, fine motor control.

Gait Analysis

  • Assessment of walking patterns for:
  • early detection of cognitive decline,
  • rehabilitation monitoring,
  • healthy aging research.

Sports Science

  • Biomechanical analysis of athletic performance
  • Investigation of mental training components
